Causeway Ford should be known as "Fabulous Ford!" I originally went to Causeway Ford/Lincoln to have an oil change done on my girlfriend’s Lincoln Corsair. Little did I know that I was about to purchase a vehicle for me! I felt from the very beginning of this process that Andrew was an honest and sincere salesman. There collision center is the worst. Installed a windshield. Glass was scratched, defective, chips taken out of the hood, spacers missing. Parts flew off on highway almost caused accident.

On Thursday, May 8, I checked in at 8:15AM to the service department. I drove out at 10:10AM. All I had done was an oil change. Nearly 2 hours and $85.00 for an oil change. That is totally ridiculous. The reason I got was they were busy. I always go early so that hopefully I won’t get backed up. One other thing: they have what’s called truvideo which supposedly tracks where your vehicle is throughout your whole visit from “welcome” to “ready for pickup”. That didn’t work at all. Totally useless. Why even bother having it.

I have been dealing with Causeway since before 1998. Many different people including sales and service personnel. I have especially appreciated my service managers who take time to explain what is needed. Once a service tech even came out from the shop to show me a problem. Over the decades I have had to bring in a few tough jobs but mostly routine service. Since my cars do not break down, I attribute that to the careful techs who look at everything to keep the cars running properly. With a electric mustang all that was needed for 11000mile service was rotation of tires which was done in an hour. I was disappointed that the tire pressure was not checked. I went to a Costco air pump and added about 2 pounds for each tire. Next time I will ask for a tire pressure check along with the rotation. The service personnel were friendly and efficient in scheduling service.

Kevin, the salesman who helped me, was amazing—he really listened to what I wanted and found me exactly the car I was looking for, all within my budget. Causeway has great customer service which is rare these days. Service department is very accommodating to resolve any issues you have with your vehicle. You are always given a loaner car that is as nice or better than the vehicle you’re driving. I think that says a lot. I recommend them highly.

I am a repeat customer but will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Stopped be on Easter Sunday to look at a ford maverick when I saw that the vehicle was marked up $ 2500 over msrp not to mention $500 for pin stripping and door edge guards you can bet they lost me as a customer Shame on you.

Very Unsatisfactory Service from the service department. I dropped my vehicle off at my appointment time at 10:00 Monday morning for trouble opening my liftgate. I was a repeat customer at the Causway “family” after being treated fairly on my first purchase. My most recent experience was good all the way up until the flim flam in the finance office. I was warned about this type of business practice in the past but thought this dealership was above this this deceptive practice. Bottom line was, after settling on a number, I was forced to cough up extra money on the purchase price once in the finance office. Service dept is extremely helpful. Needed an oil change really quickly had an unexpected trip coming up Sal squeezed me in and got it done for me. The only complaint I have is when you call it seems only 1 person schedules appointments by the name Kim. Problem is she doesn't always answer the phone you leave a message and she doesn't call back.
My service writer Becca is amazing. Goes above and beyond for her customers. She is wonderful and she’s great with communication. When she is not in charge of her dispatching, it takes forever for the work to get done even when I have an appointment. I’m not a fan of management with how the treat employees, and how they talk in front of customers.

We were greeted and welcomed in a prompt manner. Also asked what we were looking for. We were shown available models and questions answered completely.
Dealer tried to add the sales persons commission as and added fee to the deal, and % was pretty hefty for what amounted to about 30 mins of work had we completed transaction. Would never even look at a vehicle from this dealer, completely unethical business practices.

Great experience with sales (James) & finance. Everyone was willing to work with me. I walked away with the car I wanted at what I thought was a reasonable price. I was speaking to another gentleman while waiting for finance. We were both surprised at how easy they made it was to close the deal on a used vehicle. Not pushovers in the least, you still need to do your homework, but willing to work with you.
